Day 1: Nairobi – Lake Nakuru
You will be picked up after your breakfast and depart to Lake Nakuru, on the way you stop at great rift valley view point to take the photos. After the photos proceed on to Lake Nakuru arriving around mid morning. After you have checked you will head for your game drive, where you will have a chance to visit a unique sanctuary catering for a size able number of the endangered rhinoceros and the Rothschild giraffe. Water bucks as well as the predators such as the lion and leopard are common at the park. Also to be seen is a myriad different variety of bird life in and around the lake. Flamingo’s are also plenty at the lake. Later in the evening return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha
You will proceed for the early morning game drive before returning to the lodge for your breakfast. After breakfast check out and proceed to Lake Naivasha arriving early for lunch. After lunch you will have an optional boat ride as you interact with the Hippo pool, the boat normally takes about 1 hour. You will then have a chance to visit the Crater Lake game sanctuary for a game walk. After the walk return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara
After breakfast depart Naivasha in the morning and drive down the escarpment via the floor of the Great Rift Valley, to arrive at Masai Mara Game Reserve in time for lunch, after lunch proceed for afternoon game drive till late evening. Return for Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge
Day 4: Masai Mara National Reserve
Today you will have a full day to explore the reserve’s amazingly high concentration of game. This game reserve is Kenya’s finest wildlife sanctuary. Well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, there is also resident wildlife year round.The Mara’s gentle fertile climate bounded by The Rift, offers perhaps the richest stocked reserve set within some 1672 sq kms – an unlimited spectacle of wildlife. Located 268 kms west of Nairobi, the emphasis here is on game. Herds of immense Elephants, browse among Lion, Buffalo, Thompson’s Gazelle, Zebra and Topi. You may occasionally sight a Rhino or Leopard. In the Mara River Hippos play and Cross bask on the banks. The annual migration of a million Wildebeest follows the rains north. After exploring the park return to the camp/lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Masai Mara – Nairobi
You will leave for a pre-breakfast game drive in the reserve, later return to the lodge/cam for your breakfast. After the breakfast you will depart Masai Mara and head back to Nairobi with a stop over for lunch in Narok. You will arrive Nairobi late afternoon with a drop off to your respective hotels or back to the Airport.
